Booking Platform — Not a Transport Operator: Joharr And Joharr Driver - App Ka Sarthi is a technology platform that facilitates cab bookings only. We are not a cab operator, fleet owner, or transport service provider. All rides are operated by independent drivers. No RTO operator license, motor vehicle aggregator license (under Motor Vehicles Act), or Ola/Uber-style regulatory compliance applies to this platform. Drivers are solely responsible for their own RTO permits and legal compliance.

No Location Tracking
Our app does not request, access, or store your device's GPS or location data — neither in the foreground nor background. Pickup and drop-off points are entered by you as free text (e.g. "Ranchi Railway Station") and are not geo-coordinates. We do not require location permission to function.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically and may include your device's IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visit, and unique device identifiers. This is used solely for app security and performance improvement.

- No RTO operator license required: As a booking platform (not a fleet operator or motor vehicle aggregator with employed drivers), Joharr And Joharr Driver - App Ka Sarthi does not operate under Section 93 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 as a transport aggregator operating its own service. Individual drivers are responsible for their own vehicle permits (commercial/taxi), driving licenses, fitness certificates, and insurance as required under applicable law.
- Driver independence: All drivers using or listed on the platform are independent individuals. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Joharr And Joharr Driver - App Ka Sarthi Joharr And Joharr Driver - App Ka Sarthi is not liable for driver conduct, road safety, vehicle condition, or fare disputes.
- No payment liability: Joharr And Joharr Driver - App Ka Sarthi does not handle any money. Any payment disputes are solely between the customer and the driver.
